The prequalification process is designed to provide detailed information
including subcontractors’ project experience, current work
load, insurance coverage, bonding capacity, and personnel. This process
results in the continual introduction to our project managers of
new subcontractors. Approved subcontractors are entered into our
internal construction industry database.
